Due to the nature of the products, all orders will incur a re-stock fee. Some products may not be returnable including custom sizes. For more questions about returns please contact us. Products that are damaged/under warranty are not considered returns and we will do everything to make it right should this situation arise.
Most doors are ready to ship in 3-5 weeks. Colors and other specialty options may add lead time. For a more precise time frame, inquire with one or our reps.
We contract with third party companies for delivery.
Doors are shipped via freight truck and can be delivered can be made to residential or commercial locations. Drivers will bring the glass panel and frame to the edge of the truck.
You are responsible for unloading and bringing inside. We recommend at least two people and possibly more be available to receive all deliveries.
